Building and renovation works create large amounts of dust and debris that can quickly build up on surfaces and floors. Our Builder's Cleaning Service is designed to assist during the final stages of renovations by clearing away construction dust and surfaces mess.

This service helps keep the property clean, safe and presentable while works are still in progress.

A builders clean is a support clean completed while builders or trades are still on site, or when renovation works are nearing completion. 

The service focuses on:

• Removing construction dust
• Clearing debris and surface dirt
• Improving overall cleanliness and safety on site

It is NOT a final clean, but a practical solution to manage dust and mess during active works.

• Removal of surface construction dust
• Vacuuming of floors
• Mopping hard floors where safe to do so
• Wiping skirting boards and accessible surfaces
• Cleaning light switches and power points
• Spot cleaning walls where accessible
• Emptying small renovation debris and rubbish (where appropriate) 

• Wiping benchtops and surfaces
• Cleaning inside accessible cupboards
• Removing dust from fixtures and fittings

• Cleaning sinks, toilets and vanities
• Wiping tiles and splashbacks
• Removing dust from surfaces

A standard Builders Clean is approximately 5-6 hours, depending on:

• The size of the property
• Level of dust and debris
• Stage of renovations
• Accessibility of areas

Additional time can be arranged if required.

Builder’s Cleaning is designed to manage dust and surface mess only.

Please note:

• Dust may resettle while building works continue
• This service does not deliver a “brand new” or “move-in ready” result
• Marks, paint splashes and residue may remain
• Re-cleaning after ongoing trades is not included

This service does not include:

• Full wall washing
• Removal of paint overspray, silicone or grout haze
• Internal window detailing
• Post-renovation detailing or defect correction
