BOND / EXIT / RTA (and PRE SALE)

(Bond/Exit/Vacate Clean to RTA Standards)


A Bond / Exit Clean is a full top-to-bottom detail of an empty property, completed to the standards required for a rental vacate under the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). 

This Service is designed to help you meet the condition required for bond return.


Includes:

  • Full interior detail clean of all rooms
  • Bathrooms and toilets deep cleaned and sanitised
  • Kitchen deep clean including:
    • Cupboards and drawers (inside & outside)
    • Oven, stovetop, rangehood
    • Benchtops, splashbacks, sink
  • Full interior windows, sills & tracks
  • Skirting boards
  • Light switches, powerpoints & high-touch surfaces
  • Walls spot cleaned as needed
  • Wardrobes & linen cupboards (inside & outside)
  • Fans, air vents & accessible cobweb removal
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
  • Balcony, patio or outdoor entry spot clean

Additional Services: (as required / add-ons:)

  • Carpet steam cleaning (required by many leases)
  • Pest control (flea treatment if pets have lived at the property)

Most 4 - bedroom homes range from $850 - $1400 depending on the condition.


Important Notes

To keep expectations clear and aligned with RTA requirements:


  • Bond cleans are time and outcome based and vary depending on the condition of the property.
  • The property must be completely empty at the time of the clean (except large white goods if agreed)
  • We do not guarantee bond return - no cleaner can - but we clean to over and above the agent/RTA standard
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive build-up, mould, pet hair, damage, or properties not ready for cleaning.

A presale clean is designed to make a lived-in property look fresh, bright, and presentable for photography and inspections. This is not an RTA vacate clean - it is a cosmetic, detail focused clean aimed at boosting your sale appeal.
